  1. Executive Summary: 1–3-page detailed description of the problem that the project addresses, what the project is, where the project is and information about the sponsor’s experience, legal structure and the amount of financing needed.
  2. 2 years of financial history if available. If a new project, a proforma of projections over the term of the loan.
  3. Financials Format: All financials should be submitted in Excel format ONLY. This ENABLES us to verify and validate formulars quickly.
  4. A Proforma aka (P&L): Cash Flow Statements showing draw down and the use of funds including all fees.
  5. DSCR Calculations over the term of the term of the loan.
  6. Itemized Use Of Funds
  7. Resumes on Management Team
  8. Market research data and competitive analysis
  9. Proof Of Funds: proof of your ability to pay either the 10% Interest reserve or, if financed, the 1.5% fee.

    Note: No Fund will be required to be transferred until a signed loan agreement is in place.
